Saturday-night, no plans, nothing on tv…and bored. So. I went to visit The Eros Project – “The Showcase for Teen Talent”, and as the place profile says:
‘Born from the hard work and effort of over three dozen content creators, the Eros sim is the best representation of what once was the Teen Grid.’
Yes. It is really called Eros. What’s in a name for a former Teen-sim…ahem.
The sim looks pretty clean and structured, straight roads and nice buildings. All shops and mostly for clothing! A few hair-shops and some accessories, planes & helicopters on the town square in the middle.

I took the time to walk around and entered some stores, but at the landing point you can also use th teleport-board, if you already know to which shop you want to go.

The quality and designs of the clothes I saw was nice. Pretty dresses, cute tops, lots of jeans. Both female and male clothes, by the way.
But what surprised me most….the prices! I have not seen any single clothing-item over 100 L$! That was a bit odd, because they do not look cheap at all! I bought a cardigan and a top (yay, spent 85 Lindens!). I wonder how long they will keep the prices that low, I guess they have not seen the Maingrid shops yet.
(edited to add: it’s a special sale from 20-24 January, as I only just found out on The Spark Master-blog, on which you can find more info about Eros)

Anyway, it’s worth a visit, specially if you are a shopper on a budget!

Just stumbled upon your blog, whilst searching on google. The prices are fairly low, felt it would be the best way to expose adults to teen content by leaving them at their existing Teen Grid prices for now.
Very nice blog. Worth noting that we completely neglected the common word association for “Eros.” It was named after how Plato defined the concept, as a person’s interior desire and gravitation towards everything good and pure. A self-discovery of beauty.
