The Fantasy Faire 2021 is open!

Finally! I’ve said it before and will say it again: my all time favourite event in Second Life is open!

For the past 10 days I had the honour to explore the regions, to take pictures for the official Fantasy Faire site, and in March I already took pictures for some of the official posters. So much fun!

As always, I do not have a favourite Faireland, all 21 are awesome! And all are so different from eachother and the previous years, an absolute joy to look around.

Besides the hundreds of pictures I took, I also took advantage of empty regions and shot some videoclips, of the Fairelands awaiting the visitors.

The Faire is not only a wonderful event because of the Fantasy and the gorgeous builds, but also because it is a Relay For Life event. If you like numbers, go see the totals in US Dollars the Fantasy Faire has raised for RFL and you will understand the hugeness of it all.

I am not the only one who has had to deal with cancer, though not personally but in my family and my circle of real life friends. I, too, have lost loved and dear ones and if anything I wish: a cure. And while I am not in the USA, I do not mind contributing to the American Cancer Society. Because it does not matter who finds the cure. Just find it, okay?

Enjoy the Fantasy Faire and take the time to explore, shop and party! Or attend many of the other events such as the tabletop games, the Literary Festival or you know..just sit somewhere and watch the Fairfolk pass by.

Hope to see you at the Fairelands!

SLurl to the Fairelands Junction, the Portals will open the Fairelands for you!
