It’s not that I hate cats, hate is a too strong emotion or word. I just don’t particularly like them. The feeling seems to be mutual, so I don’t feel too bad. To explain a bit more; in RL I am very allergic to cats, they make me sick and take my breath away – literally. As you might understand,  this means I try to avoid them like the plague.

Don’t feel sorry for me, dear cat-lovers, I assure you that a happy life without cats is possible!

Anyway, this is Second Life and Caity the Explorer has no allergies and so I dared to explore the latest, full sim, art installation by one of my favourite SL Artists Cica Ghost : 50 Cats.

Yup. A sim dedicated to and filled with cats, described in the land information as:

“One day I was counting the cats and I absent-mindedly counted myself.” Bobbie Ann Mason

Cats in several colours and poses, some awake, some sleeping, with great facial expressions in a fun place!

I have not counted them, I trust Cica there are indeed 50 cats, but if you want: knock yourself out! Or just go there to enjoy the feline company :). It’s a fun place!
