Fun fact about elephants:
Elephants have around 150,000 muscle units in their trunk. Their trunks are perhaps the most sensitive organ found in any mammal – Asian elephants have been seen to pick up a peanut, shell it, blow the shell out and eat the nut. Elephants use their trunks to suck up water to drink – it can contain up to 8 litres of water. They also use their trunks as a snorkel when swimming.

Today I spent some time, a lot of time actually, on Elephant Island. A beautiful jungle, where you can walk around for hours! Wonderful landscaping with waterfalls, a river and wildlife. Not just elephants! The island is created and owned by Syx Toshi and an absolute must go for anyone who enjoys nature in Second Life.

You can rezz items up to 25 LI in case you need props for photography, but if you want to set up camp and stay the night, that is okay too. In that case you need to contact Syx, so he won’t accidentally clean up your campsite. That is so generous!

I already know I will visit this place more often, perhaps even for an overnight stay! Although I not sure if there are lots of mosquitos…Anyway! Go explore Elephant Island, you know you want to!
Happy exploring!
